With the growth of the economy, there is a growth in construction. Usually, prior to a building project starting there is a phase in which all the parties negotiate on the building contract and the price of the work. We can provide legal guidance for these negotiations.
Numerous discussions can arise during the construction and after the completion, such as the cost of an estimated item, the settlement as regards any additions and/or omissions, or on the questions of whether a part of the work belongs to the original commission or whether it should be seen as extra work. Naturally, the question of the quality of the work is a source of differences of opinion between the client and the contractor. These differences of perception can occasionally lead to legal proceedings in court, or into arbitration.
